The Park Savoy Estate has so many stories to tell from its past. Over one hundred years ago, it was home to one of the early Florham Park families. The original building, a Morris County landmark, was built in 1870 and has undergone an extensive multi-million dollar renovation. From a house in a 150-acre dairy farm to an enlarged & remodeled showcase mansion in 1918 that later became associated with a string of nightclubs in 1922 as Canary Cottage. It continued as the semi-private Florham Park Country Club until 1981. In 1982, Alan Weinstein purchased the property and renamed it The Park Savoy. Originally opened as a restaurant & dance concept, the home underwent yet another renovation.
