Welcome to a harmonious blend of nature, balance, and restoration. It is our pleasure to introduce you to spa therapies inspired by the earth’s elements and the tranquility of the Catskills. The Emerson Spa provides a serene experience that combines our natural surroundings with the deep relaxation effects of stone therapy and custom design treatments to suit the health, lifestyle, and desire of every guest.

Emerson Spa Hours

Tuesday through Thursday | 10am to 6pm Friday | 10am to 7pm Saturday | 9am to 7pm Sunday and Monday | 9am to 5pm Steam and Sauna | 7:30am to 7:30pm daily Outdoor Hot Tub | 7:30am to 7:30pm daily Fitness Center | Open daily The pool is typically open daily Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Hours are subject to change without notice and the pool is closed during periods of inclement weather.

Classes

We offer a variety of Fitness Classes including Yoga, Barre, Pilates Mat & Cardio Core Fusion. Weekly schedules are available at the Spa Desk. Drop-in Fitness Classes are $17 per person, Hotel Guests classes at $15 per person. Purchase a Five Class Fitness Card for $75 (a $10 savings). Classes must be taken within two months from the date of purchase. Purchase a Ten Class Card for $140 (a $30 savings). Classes must be taken within four months of purchase.

Membership

The Emerson Spa provides a 1500 square foot Fitness Center, a Fitness Studio featuring a variety of fitness classes and private fitness membership. $35 day passes for the Spa are also available excluding Saturdays. Please call the Spa Desk for availability.

Tarot Card Chakra Balancing

Locate the source of physical ailments through the ancient art of Tarot Card reading. Then, unlock your body’s energy centers, or Chakras, to create synergy between mind, body, and spirit $150 – 90 Minutes $110 – 60 Minutes (does not include Tarot Card reading)

Medi Massage with CBD Pain Relief

VIP Couples Soak & Massage $312 (a 20% savings) For those in love… and those who want to fall in love. A 30-minute Himalayan Salt Soak and a 60-minute Relaxation Massage in a private room for two.
