Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the 360SiteVisit website located at 360sitevisit.com (the "Site") operated by 360SiteVisit LLC ("360SiteVisit," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Site.

1. Use of the Site

360SiteVisit is a wedding venue virtual tour directory serving New Jersey couples and wedding venues. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, disrupting the normal flow of dialogue, or acting in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to use the Site.

2. Venue Listings and Virtual Tours

360SiteVisit provides immersive 360° virtual tours and directory listings for New Jersey wedding venues. The following terms apply to these services:

Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure that all venue information on the Site is accurate and up to date, 360SiteVisit does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any venue listing, capacity information, pricing, availability, or other details. Couples should verify all information directly with the venue before making any booking decisions.

Virtual Tours: 360° virtual tours are produced at a specific point in time and may not reflect current conditions, renovations, seasonal changes, or alterations to the venue. Tours are intended as a general representation of the venue experience.

No Booking Services: 360SiteVisit is a directory and virtual tour platform only. We do not facilitate venue bookings, process payments between couples and venues, or act as a party to any agreement between a couple and a venue. All booking arrangements are made directly between the couple and the venue.

3. Venue Partner Accounts

Venue partners who have been granted access to the 360SiteVisit admin panel agree to the following additional terms:

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at ershad@360sitevisit.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

Content Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all content you submit to your venue listing, including descriptions, photos, capacity information, pricing, and contact details.

Room Info Windows: The one-time $850 setup fee for Room Info Windows is non-refundable once work has commenced. Authorization of this fee constitutes a binding agreement to pay upon invoicing by 360SiteVisit LLC.

Listing Removal: 360SiteVisit reserves the right to remove or modify any venue listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content, or that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 360SiteVisit LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

360SiteVisit Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Site without our prior written consent.

Venue Content: Venue partners retain ownership of the content they submit to their listings. By submitting content to 360SiteVisit, venue partners grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site and the venue's listing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 360SITEVISIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 360SITEVISIT LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREON, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including individual venue websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. 360SiteVisit has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
