Fernbrook's events run from noon until 10:00 AM the following day, allowing for a genuinely relaxed morning preparation in a venue that looks extraordinary in getting-ready photographs.

Three ceremony locations, three completely different feelings. The Sundial Garden is formal and enclosed. The Old House backdrop is historic and deeply atmospheric. The Great Lawn is sweeping and open, with farm fields stretching to the horizon. The couple chooses based on their vision — and Teri's team executes flawlessly.

Cocktail hour flows across multiple settings on the Fernbrook grounds — the outdoor hearth, the summer house, the gardens, the patio. Food sourced from the farm that very week: corn fritters with pepper jelly, pulled pork mini blue corn waffles, and seasonal specialties that taste like the farm itself.

Dinner under the stars — the clear-top tent letting the night sky in while keeping guests comfortable. Family-style or plated seasonal menus designed by Resident Chef Teri from the 28 acres of organic farmland. The chianti braised short ribs are legendary. The cake is perfect. The whole evening tastes like it came from the ground under your feet.

When the last guests have said their goodbyes, the couple and their closest people walk back through the farm fields to the 1740s manor house. Fireplaces, antique rooms, and the stillness of 230 acres of New Jersey countryside closing around them. It is the kind of ending that a ballroom venue cannot provide.
