Whether it’s a use of your favorite items, handmade engagement props, $12 giant colorful umbrella, passing biker, or yellow taxi cab, we like to incorporate surrounding elements and to use creative perspective in capturing engaging, modern, and timeless images unique to you. That is why we named our studio “1314” or ” 一生一世 ” meaning “timeless” in Chinese. As NJ wedding photographers, each wedding is an opportunity for us to take awesome photos, and to surround ourselves with the amazing vibe and energy of your big day. So whether your NY or NJ wedding venues is are at hotel, rooftop, old mansion, barn, winery, temple, backyard, with style such as DIY, modern vintage, chic style or vegas theme, or cultural traditions like Korean or Chinese tea ceremony and Jewish Ketubah signing, and destination weddings in exotic beaches or Hawaii, we are ready to photograph your special day as it unfolds. As NJ wedding videographers, each of our couple has a love story to tell. We incorporate cinematic and video techniques to capture your love story as naturally as possible. Your cinematic wedding highlight is where we are able to use that creativity to tell you that love story in 3 to 5 minutes. Included in that highlight video includes the bride, bridesmaids, mothers, groom, groomsmen, and fathers getting ready, the always exciting first look, wedding ceremony, epic shots of the bride and groom, all the intimate dances between the bride and groom’s first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, and of course some dancing!

Wedding Day Not only so, we are committed to create a positive wedding day experience. From the minutes you are looking the most beautiful, to the inside jokes your love ones shared with you, to the steps toward the groom during the first look, to the unstoppable tears during the exchange of the vows, to the latest groovy moves on the dance floor, and to all the hugs and kisses, we will be there for all the candid, emotional, photojournalistic, and goofy moments. We “tell” your story naturally and realistically as it happens. So where the creative flare comes in? At times we don’t just photograph with one perspective or one straight view. We will get low on the ground, up high, shoot through objects, beware of the reactions, watch for the surrouding subjects, and look for ways to allow some artistic angle. We also look for area of reflection, negative space, cool architecture, interesting background, and unique light sources. When it’s time for the classic and traditional family portraits, our NJ wedding photographer and cinematographer will be ready to do so. Not only we offer guidance when needed, we can also add interesting poses in a fun way; we may ask you to dance like a rock-star diva, show off your inner fashion style, flirt a little with the groom, or try a runway walk with your bridesmaids. Indian and Hindu, Sikh and Indian Wedding Photography and Videography One of our specialty are Southeast, Hindu, and Indian weddings as they are full of energy, richness, vibrancy, and delicious food! Because there are various regions in India, we understand each affair also carry rituals and culture that are unique to those particular places. We typically start with all the gorgeous details during getting ready – the jewelry, the Mehandi, the sari, the ghunghat, and all the other colorful and beautiful decorations. Our Indian wedding photographers and wedding videographers in New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia will proceed to the portrait session with the bride, groom, and their families. Follow right after is the Baraat where the groom would ride on a horse (sometimes a really cool car!) and the guests would sing and dance alongside. We love to add an aerial view of the Baraat with a drone. The ceremony will take two to three hours where the couple will receive their blessings. The night reception would celebrate away with hours of performance, music, dancing, and delicious Indian buffet. There is no particular time schedule to the Hindu celebration. Sometimes the Indian weddings will spread across couple parties in several days – Mangni engagement party, garba, and religious ceremony.
