Where Grand Cascades Lodge feels classic and Adirondack-inspired, Minerals Hotel brings a modern, organic aesthetic: grays, creams, warm wood, and a design philosophy that evokes the surrounding forest and night sky.
The Canyon Ballroom is northern NJ's newest and largest resort ballroom — accommodating up to 420 guests with a design featuring a gray-and-cream palette plus wood paneling, vendome-stone bars with glass shelving, and an atmosphere described as stepping into a forest under a midnight sky. For smaller celebrations, the chic Diamond Ballroom (225 guests) brings modern Hollywood glamour with hardwood floors, leather pin-tuck bar, and crystal chandeliers. The Sweetgrass Pavilion (150 guests) is a charming outdoor rustic-elegant venue available May through October.
