OUR PRINCIPLES

Consultation Package:

The Couple that is seeking minimal guidance or advise.

• The rate is charged hourly.
• The Package can be used for scheduled over the phone advice, site/vendor visits, etc.The Consultation Package can also be available for any Couple as an “Add on” Feature for any package.***This package is required to be paid prior to the scheduled appointment, and any additional hours spent will be billed after completion of an assignment.***

Day of Coordination Package:

The Couple that has already planned the full wedding, however would like for us to execute the Day of Operations.

• This package is used for: Managing the Vendors, Creating the Timeline, Assisting/ Creating a seamless Seat Chart, Managing the Guest and Being the Point Person as the Couple enjoys their wedding with their loved ones.
• The rate ranges depending on the number of services required of the DeBestEvents Team.
• The Team will start working with you a Month Prior to your Wedding Date to help you confirm the final logistics and introduce themselves as the point of contact to your vendors.

The Partial Wedding Package:

The Couple that has already planned parts of their wedding,(has most of the vendors booked), however will need assistance booking more or confirming the rest of the logistics.

• This package contains all the elements of the “Day of Coordination Package”, along with help with the planning process and booking some vendors.
• Typically this package is for the Couple that had an idea prior to their wedding, and due to time constraints or any other reasons, it requires us to step in and take over the planning process.
• The rate ranges depending on the number of services required of the DeBestEvents Team.
• The Team will start working with you between 6-8 Months Prior to Your Wedding Date to help you confirm the final logistics, introduce themselves as the point of contact to your vendors and assist in the planning process you have already started. The Team will dedicate 10 hours a week, (40 hours a month)

The Full Wedding Package:

The Couple that has just started the wedding planning process. This couple may have a venue and/or little to none vendors already booked and will need assistance planning the full wedding. and  researching/booking all of the logistics.

• This package contains all the elements of the “Day of Coordination Package”, along with help with the planning process and booking the majority of the vendors.
• Typically this package is for the Couple that may have had a vision or may need assistance to put together a theme. The Couple will need assistance in researching vendors and finding the best fit for their needs, along with guidance throughout the full planning process. The Couple may hire us due to time constraints or because they are unfamiliar with all the elements and costs associated with their wedding.
• The rate ranges depending on the number of services required of the DeBestEvents Team.
• The Team will start working with you between 9-12+ Months Prior to Your Wedding Date to help you plan your full wedding from start to finish. The team will help with the organization, management, budgeting, and all other logistics to ensure a smooth and relaxing Wedding for The Couple. The Team will dedicate 10 hours a week, (40 hours a month).
